Our service and maintenance package can be combined together with our 24HR emergency repair service, offering priority call-outs and giving our clients complete piece of mind that they are covered 365 days of the year 24/7 should an emergency or security issue arise.

If you choose our combined service and maintenance package you will become a premium rated customer with dedicated account controller and additionally we are able to offer reduced day work and call-out rates, discounted parts and spares thus allowing for considerable savings on call outs by request.

Service and maintenance packages are also available with every new product supplied by Security Shutters Ltd.

The Law and servicing

Regular servicing and evidence of maintenance to roller shutters and industrial doors is a requirement of current European CEN standards “safety in use” legislation and states that all types of shutters and industrial doors should be maintained in an efficient state, in efficient working order and in good repair. Failure to do so could contravene your duty of care to your staff and clients if not carried out on a regular basis inline with the current legislation.
